The service department LOVES to OVERCHARGE and OVERSELL the unnecessary repairs. Example: CUSTOMER: I would like oil and filter changed and also carb serviced. Can you give me ur best price? Svc Dept: the price will be $$$$. CUSTOMER: can I get a copy of agreement or something in writing as to what services will be done for the price offered. Svc Dept: I don't think thats necessary. The bike should be ready in ??? days Customer: Thankyou. The day comes to pick up bike. Did you do the oil change and carb service? Svc Dept: We did the carb service. There was no mention of oil change. the Oil and filter change alone will cost atleast $120.00 more if you need it done CUSTOMER frustrated, angry, very mad, argues and tries to explain AGAIN but to no avail. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

Service Department far from Excellent

I recently spent big bucks having two bikes repaired because I didn't have time to work on them myself. It took weeks and a couple of follow-ups since they didn't run right when I first tried to pick them up. Even when I got them home, I had to make adjustments and corrections and were missing parts that weren't missing when I dropped it off. The sales/marketing department does a good job on keeping in touch but too bad the service department isn't supervised by someone who can double check the quality of work by their technicians. I won't go back.

Run like hell from this dealer.

this dealership is out to rip you off. the owner is a crook and won't even admit he owns the place. he is probably afraid someone will shoot him or kick his ass if he admits to owning it. he screws his employees and his customers. it is a proven fact that he lied recently to the Texas Workforce Commission. I hope they throw his ass in Jail and throw away the key. he is not even from this country and I don't think he knows who he pissed off this time. Lying to the State of Texas is a crime and he should be in prison.
